Set the title, description and keywords fields from the IPTC data during "add media" import.

Since the Flash uploader can't extract this info and populate the Title and Description fields, maybe code this so that all upload methods will look for IPTC data if the user doesn't populate the fields on the upload page. Make it configurable so that an admin can choose to do this or not.
