Description

I have several user accounts that have invalidated emails (they bounce on story notifications) and would like to flag those accounts to notify the user to update their email address when they do log in again.

Having said that, there is no obtrusive 'Message Waiting' indicator, and that is a feature I've wanted to add to PM for awhile, but if it had that, you could send the user a PM, and then the next time they logged on, the message waiting notification would popup ...
